Visual Arts

The Art Department is a vibrant and creative environment where students are safe to push themselves, take risks, and gain independence.

Students have many opportunities to showcase their work throughout the year, including displays around campus, The Landmark Art Gallery, online, Fathoms Live, as well as a variety of local and national competitions.

Advanced Study Opportunities

We offer specialized and rigorous programming of advanced study for students who wish to pursue post-secondary art education and work with them to develop a portfolio. Many Landmark alumni are advancing their education at art programs within many liberal arts universities, as well as specialized art schools including RISD, SCAD, PARSONS PARIS, SAIC, NYU, and more.

The Art Faculty is composed of practicing artists, each with a specialty in a particular discipline.
