Yard Sign Order Form

Congratulations to your graduating senior or 8th grader! We want to help you celebrate.

For a limited time, you can order a customized sign for your home or yard.

Cost
Signs cost $25 which will go directly to the sign vendor for production. This is not a charitable contribution to Landmark School.  

Deadline
The deadline to order your sign(s) is Monday, May 6, 5:00 p.m.

Signs will be delivered to your child's campus for pick-up the week of May 13. An email will be sent with more details.

If you are interested in a yard sign but are not able to pick up a sign on campus, please email Michelle Granese and DO NOT submit this form. We can arrange to email your customized design for you to have printed at your local printer (such as Staples).
