The 50 Forward Campaign that took place from 2018 to 2022 formally established a dedicated endowment for faculty, which included $5M designated toward the Bob Broudo Excellence in Service Award - the “Broudo Awards.” Thank you to the many donors who made this dream a reality. 

Through the Broudo Award, we honor the name, presence, and spirit of long-time Head of School, Bob Broudo. The purpose of the Broudo Awards is to recognize the skill and dedication of Landmark’s faculty and staff. These awards provide monetary bonuses to Landmark faculty and staff at milestone years of service at the School. 

We are overwhelmingly proud to recognize the following Landmark faculty and staff as the inaugural cohort of Bob Broudo Excellence in Service Awardees in tribute to their 30 years or more of service at Landmark School. Together, these 40 individuals represent over 1,500 years of teaching students, mentoring colleagues, creating culture, and dedication to our mission.
