Landmark School Takes a Bite Out of the Big Apple
April 7th, 2025
Landmark School students recently returned from an unforgettable trip to New York City, packed with Broadway brilliance, inspiring workshops, and a few star-studded surprises.
From exploring Times Square to catching George Clooney’s red-carpet debut and spotting Jennifer Lopez outside Ellen’s Stardust Diner, the trip was filled with excitement from the start. Highlights included stunning performances of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Aladdin (with Mr. Haywood earning a “Genie” nickname), and Hell’s Kitchen, a student favorite.
Students also participated in hands-on workshops led by industry pros, including Disney on Broadway, Michael Lee Brown, and Lorna Courtney, gaining real-world insight and even a few performance tips.
Visits to the Museum of Broadway and Madame Tussauds rounded out the adventure. Throughout the trip, students impressed with their enthusiasm, curiosity, and spirit. Huge thanks to our chaperones and PA staff for making this magical experience possible!
