Resources for Our Exceptional Teachers
Our students find success at Landmark, and nearly all will tell you that they could not have done it without the guidance, dedication, compassion, and talents of our gifted teachers. In this complex and ever-changing world, these passionate educators are lighting the way for our students.
Though the pay is not high, our teachers choose to work here to make an impact on students who they know are not being served elsewhere.
Landmark’s supportive teaching environment is cultivated through:
- Rich learning opportunities and extensive training.
- Rewarding mentoring from veteran teachers.
- A funded master’s degree from Boston University Wheelock College.
- Small class sizes.
- Unrivaled daily one-to-one student tutorials.

THE CHALLENGE
Unfortunately, some highly qualified, passionate teachers make the hard choice to leave Landmark to
pursue more lucrative financial opportunities elsewhere.
The 50 Forward Campaign Will…
- Formally establish a dedicated endowment for faculty.
- Provide teaching faculty financial bonuses at each five year milestone of service.
- Increase access to professional development training both on campus and in the field.
- Recruit and retain a diverse cadre of highly trained and motivated faculty.
