Each year, about 94% of Landmark School graduates move on to two- or four-year colleges. While the vast majority of our students attend college, others participate in gap programs or enter the workforce. Our Transition and Guidance Department individualizes the transition process for each student so that they can confidently move toward their post-secondary option.
Landmark doesn’t wait until junior year to prepare students for life after high school. The transition process begins in ninth grade. Our transition curriculum has a specific focus and theme each year. Learn about the transition process by year and so much more on our Transition and Guidance website.
Join Suzanne Crossman, director of Transition and Guidance at Landmark High School, and guidance counselor Kelly Scimone, as they discuss the many post-secondary options available to students with learning disabilities. They will provide tips and strategies to help you and your student navigate this process.
