Volunteering at Windrush Farm 2022
October 18th, 2022
Landmark School puts a large emphasis on serving our community. We believe that helping and learning from others is an important part of education. Landmark encourages students to participate in community service by curating a range of interest opportunities, like the one seen below.
This past Saturday, we had 15 students helping at Windrush Farm in Andover. Windrush Farm is a therapeutic horse farm. They "provide quality Equine-assisted Services for children and adults facing physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges." Students got to learn about the horses, spend time with one another, and spend a beautiful autumn morning cleaning the yard.
