This page is a one-stop resource for important details about what you and your student need to know about the start of the school year.
Key Start of School Dates
Monday, August 19: Welcome Day for New Students
- New Elementary Families: 9:00-10:00 a.m. (REGISTER)
- New Middle School Families 1:00-2:30 p.m. (REGISTER)
Monday, August 26:
- Opening Day for ALL Students:
- Drop-off: 7:15 a.m.–7:45 a.m.
- Pickup: 12:00 p.m. - please communicate this early dismissal to your transportation companies
No school supplies needed
Monday, August 26: Parent Coffee Reception 8:00–10:30 a.m. REGISTER
Tuesday, August 27: Full day of classes (bring school supplies)
Friday, August 30: Early Release Day (12:00 p.m. pickup - please communicate this early dismissal to your transportation companies)
Monday, September 2: No school (Labor Day)
Tuesday, September 3: Full day of classes

Traffic Detours, Be Prepared
Depending on your route to/from Landmark, there may be delays starting on September 2 in the Beverly area due to National Grid work. Please check this map to see if this affects you. If it does, consider adding another 10-15 minutes to your commute to account for possible delays.

A Few More Things
School Supplies
For the 2024-2025 school year Landmark will provide students with all school supplies except backpacks and water bottles. Personally purchased supplies are welcome but not necessary. Students should bring their backpacks to the first day of classes, August 27. They will not need backpacks for Opening Day on August 26.

Just launched! GoKid Carpool for Landmark's Elementary•Middle School families. The GoKid platform will enable parents and guardians to streamline the process of identifying, inviting, and managing carpools for their Landmark students. Check your inbox for an email from GoKid with instructions on how to sign-up.
