Landmark Values
The guiding principles that shape our culture, behaviors, and choices.
Landmark School Values weren't just pulled out of thin air. The community went through an extensive discovery process to define the values we already held. Explore them below.
Exploration
Creativity, Learning
Exploration is about seeking and learning new information, ideas and perspectives about yourself and others; seeking to learn, be creative and grow so we can engage thoughtfully with the world.
Character
Respect, Integrity, Kindness, Empathy
Character is how we act, how we treat others, and how we create a supportive environment where all community members feel like they belong. It includes qualities like respect, responsibility, kindness, integrity, and empathy.
Empowerment
Growth, Confidence, Independence
Empowerment is about growing our own strengths and potential, while also helping others to do the same. It is about learning how to think independently, develop confidence, and create an environment where everyone can thrive and make positive contributions to the community.
