The High School Cooking Club kicked off the holiday season with a sushi night, a special request of its members. Bayron Contreras, faculty supervisor for the Club said, ”It's always inspiring when the students come together and choose a dish they want to learn about and cook.” The students, with the help of our new cooking faculty volunteers, were able to execute the plan resulting in some really delicious and beautiful-looking sushi.
